In this video we will guide you through the comprehensive process of washing PP/PE rigid plastic regrind and demonstrate the efficiency and effectiveness of the entire system. The video starts with the high-speed friction scrubber, where intensive friction removes impurities and prepares the material for further cleaning. Then we show the phase of sink-float separation, a crucial step that separates heavier contaminants from the plastic through density differences.
The ground material is then passed through a screw conveyor which ensures a smooth transition to the next phase. The material then enters the centrifugal dryerwhere high-speed rotation removes moisture and significantly reduces water content.
To ensure that the material is completely dry, it goes through a hot air dryerwhere warm air circulates around the material and removes any residual moisture. Finally, the cleaned and dried ground material is material collection silo collected, ready for further processing or packaging.
This video provides a detailed look at each step and shows how the integrated system works seamlessly together to deliver clean, dry, high-quality ground material that is ready for reuse or further processing.
