CPP BOPP film recycling compacting and pelletizing plant

CPP (Cast Polypropylene) and BOPP (Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene) films are high-performance plastic materials widely used in food packaging, adhesive tapes, printing substrates and other fields. With the increasing demand for environmental protection, efficient recycling and reuse of waste films has become an important focus in the industry. This production line is specially designed for recycling, compaction and pelletizing of CPP/BOPP films. Through processes such as crushing, cleaning, compaction and melt extrusion, waste films are converted into high-purity recycled plastic pellets, thereby achieving a resource circular economy and reducing environmental pollution.

crushing and pretreatment system

Powerful shredder: Uses a dual-axis shearing system for efficient reduction into flake-shaped particles, suitable for high-strength films.

friction washer: Removes surface paints, adhesives and contaminants through high-velocity water flow and mechanical friction.

Centrifugal dewatering + hot air drying: Multi-stage dewatering ensures a low moisture content (≤1%) of the material and thus guarantees stable processing in the subsequent processes.

compaction and melting system

scroll compressor: Compacts loose films under high temperature and pressure into high-density blocks, reduces volume and removes volatiles, thereby increasing melt efficiency.

Forced Feed Unit: Ensures a uniform feed into the extruder and prevents blockages caused by bridging.

extrusion and pelletizing plant

Two-stage extruder:

First stage melt extrusion: Equipped with a high torque screw that enables plastic processing at low temperature and low shear to minimize thermal degradation.

Second stage filtration and degassing: Multi-layer filter screens (automatic screen changer) remove micro-contaminants and vacuum degassing removes residual volatilities.

underwater pelletizer: Produces uniform pellets with a diameter of 3-5 mm. After cooling, the pellets have a low moisture content and can be used directly for downstream production.

Intelligent control system

PLC + Touchscreen Integrated Control: Monitors parameters such as temperature, pressure and speed in real time, supports data storage and fault diagnosis.

energy saving mode: Automatically adjusts energy consumption to reduce operating costs.
